Asador Steak House has been working for more than 6 years, choosing only the best ingredients for its dishes. The city’s best chefs were specially trained to cook meat dishes in Josper – a closed charcoal oven. The restaurant menu was designed by highly qualified chefs from Moscow.
At our restaurant, you can always choose the piece of meat for your steak. We offer a meat presentation tray showing all types of steaks on the menu. The waiter will explain the details of each, and you will easily be able to choose a steak of your preference.
A steak and a glass of wine are a perfect couple. We offer everybody who admires this combination a rich choice of wines from best producers and at reasonable rates.

Asador Signature Ribeye Steak, marble meat category Prime, grain-fed. Marble meat is meat with fat strings, which add fat and juicy texture to the steak. There are 3 categories of marble beef: Prime, Choice and Select. We use the first two categories, which are the best. Asador Steak is the largest steak by size, and, thanks to the top marble meat category, it is the juiciest and a relatively fat steak.
Tender veal on bone – meat of veal calves aged from 6 to 8 months, very soft, juicy and tender, with buttery aftertaste.
Steak Filet Mignon – grass-fed beef. The difference of grass-fed beef and grain-fed beef is that due to more active lifestyle of the cattle, in case of grass-fed beef, the meat has a more expressed meaty taste. But since the muscle used for filet mignon is the least used muscle of cow’s body, the steak will be very tender and lean.
New York Steak – marble meat category Choice, grain-fed beef. The unique feature of New-York steak is the layer of fat along the edge of the steak, which toasts to crunchy crust while cooking, therefore, the steak is considered the most fragrant. A perfect compromise of tenderloin and juicy Ribeye steak. The meat is moderately fatty, with savory juice inside.
Machete Steak is an alternative steak better known as the “Butcher’s Steak”. It has unusual texture, original form and tender meaty taste.
